For order enquiries, returns or general questions, please contact us by email. We aim to respond within 1–2 business days. We handle support by email only and do not operate a telephone line.
Please always include your order number. It is in your confirmation email. Without it we have to search by name and email, which slows your case down.
Orders and delivery
Write to us with your order number if you need to check the status of an order or a tracking number, correct a delivery address before dispatch, or report a parcel that is late or marked delivered but has not arrived.
If something arrived damaged, incomplete or incorrect, attach clear photos of the item, the packaging and the shipping label, within 7 days of delivery.
Returns
You have 45 days from delivery to return an item, and return shipping is free. Email us with your order number to start a return and we will send the instructions and your prepaid label. Full conditions are in our Return & Refund Policy.
Complaints
If we have got something wrong, say so in your email and we will look at it properly. If you are considering a payment dispute, please contact us first — we can almost always resolve it directly, and a direct refund reaches you far faster than a chargeback.
